Susanne Wolffberg er direktør i HR Counseling og autoriseret psykolog.
Mange års erfaring med det erhvervspsykologiske område er opnået bl.a. gennem tidligere ansættelser i PA Consulting Group, KPMG Consulting, Erhvervspsykologisk Institut, og siden 1999, egen konsulentvirksomhed: HR Counseling ApS.
Autoriseret bruger af en række internationalt anerkendte testsystemer og udviklingsværktøjer.
Til den erhvervspsykologiske viden og erfaring kan tilføjes 5 forudgående år som klinisk psykolog, herunder en 2-årig efteruddannelse på Institut for Klinisk Psykologi, Københavns Universitet med fokus på supervisionsprocesser og kortterapeutisk teori og metode.

Uno Hedelund, cand. psych. aut. Specialist i psykoterapi og Specialist i supervision, sikrer at HR Counseling også kan tilbyde en særdeles velkvalificeret psykoterapeutisk bistand samt supervision af yngre psykologer i forbindelse med efteruddannelsesbehov.
